On thursday, Mrs Ouyang had told (or rather warned) as that on Friday we shld all be punctual for flag-raising ceremony and that it shld not be held back for the sake of "women's vanity". I think what she said was very true. Last year, flag-raising was delayed on racial harmony day as many cedarians were all dressing up.... Is it really that important? For me, I felt that the whole exciting experience came from learning more interesting stuff. At the very beggining, I thought of wearing a sari, cause I thought that it would be rather easy wearing it since it just involved wrapping a cloth around ourselves. And I soon regretted it. It wasn't easy at all. I guess it would have been the toughest, but finally being able to wear it properly brought me much satisfaction....
The concert this year was also much better and interesting.... I think my juniors did a wonderful job..... I liked the play, it was so funny. ^^
